Relax offers a luxurious, elegant and friendly space in both Soho and White City where clients can experience massage and beauty treatments. They also bring quick and convenient chair massage into the office place or work event to help keep everyone happy and productive.
The Brief
Relax approached Liquid Light with a busy existing website that did not reflect the internal persona within their shops. They wanted an elegant marketing site with a clean, professional boutique feel and easy navigation that would reflect the relaxed drop in atmosphere within their branches. An eCommerce section was also requested to simplify and enhance the shop aspect of the business.
The Challenge
Given a constrained budget and a tight fixed deadline, it was necessary to effectively utilise time and resources to achieve the client’s objectives. From a design perspective we needed to take the essence of experience in the shop and subtly bring this into the website, helping to target the professional market based in Soho and White City. It was a challenge to convey a feeling of movement to the products, being something that could easily be incorporated into a busy daily schedule.
The Result
The result is a gorgeous website using professional imagery to create a relaxed, friendly and vibrant feel that truly captures the essence of Relax. The eCommerce section of the site offers a seamless, smooth integration of the marketing and commerce, offering a simple, cost effective solution for a shopping cart with ease of tailoring. The website helps raise the profile of the shopping and on-site aspects of the business. The Liquid Light team have also had a chance to experience the relaxing effects of on-site massage too!
