  • To improve the quality & overall experience visitors receive across all Swiss Life divisions
  • To unify 39 separate websites, into a more cohesive online experience
  • To generate significant cost savings via a group-wide content management system (CMS)
  • To roll out the new Swiss Life identity online, defining the digital identity
  • To deliver results to the business

The strategic challenge was to meet the needs of a large number of different audience groups throughout a number of regional divisions resulting in the rationalisation of 39 Swiss Life websites.

From a design perspective, the challenge was to create a group wide design that embodies the new brand and identity, whilst still allowing for regional differentiation and marketing capabilities.

The new website is delivering real world results in the form of improved visitor experience, cost savings and improved market perception – this is validated by the fact that the site keeps winning awards and acclaim:
