DCK - Case Study

DCK Concessions is one of the leading fashion jewellery retailers in the world. They trade in 1600 concession outlets across 21 countries worldwide.

The Brief

Liquid Light was asked to design and develop a website which would promote DCK’s successful brand ranges, Freedom and Diva, whilst also helping to generate new business opportunities.

The Challenge

To find the right balance between targeting retail-orientated visitors (customers of the brand) and business-to-business opportunities in a seamless manner where each audience group found what they were looking for.

 

The Result

Liquid Light designed and built two brand-aware websites as well as a parent company website: Like the brand itself, ‘Freedom’ is slick & stylish. ‘Diva’ is glitzy & glamorous, targeted at the modern, demanding teenager and finally the stunning parent website for DCK Concessions which brings them all together.

The websites provided DCK with an effective business-to-business channel so that potential international stockists could find the brands online and then who is behind them, whilst also catering to consumers’ needs.
