Healthlink Worldwide - Case Study
Healthlink Worldwide works to improve the health and well-being of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in developing countries, by working in partnership to strengthen the local provision, use and impact of health communication and to support advocacy initiatives to increase participation and inclusion.
The Brief
Health Link first approached us to redesign the Ask Source Website and CDROM which has been a resounding success. Due to the success of this project, Healthlink asked Liquid Light to re-design their main website.
The brief was to:
- Help to reposition Health Link during their re-brand, helping to define the digital identity/brand
- Define an online communication strategy and information architecture
- Design a clean, crisp but beautiful website which can present Healthlink to a wide range of audience groups
- To ensure the new website was accessibility compliant

The Challenge
The main goal with this project was to create a website which provided an intuitive content structure which could evolve inline with Healthlink and its activities, whilst also providing a publishing platform for Healthlink to disseminate information and resources to partners and interested parties.
The key challenge with the project was to accurately position Healthlinks’ offering which is not an immediately simple message to convey.
The Result
The Finished website has provided Healthlink with:
- A vastly improved online identity
- Improved ability to promote Healthlink’s services
- Ability to publish content and resources to an online audience
- WAI accessibility compliance which was essential
- An award winning website
