We've detailed step-by-step instructions on how to clear your browser cache in Google Chrome:

  1. On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu
  2. In the box that appears, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files
  3. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete
  4. Choose beginning of time to delete everything
  5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

I have followed your step by step instructions which you have mentioned on the above and easily cleared my Google Chrome browser cache. If anyone cannot clear their cache in Mozilla Firefox browser then I recommend this link https://www.browsertechnicalsupportnumbers.com/mozilla-firefox-support/.
