Berwick Partners came to us with a new brand and their existing website needed a total redesign to reflect this. They asked Liquid Light to help them develop it and create an on-line persona that reflected the company's key characteristics.
They needed a very specific look that would translate an established and trustworthy nature, whilst also communicating their innovation and knowledge within the senior recruitment sector. We used a creative mood boarding process to pin-point the appropriate "look & feel" for them.
Having worked for many of the leading executive search firms, we knew that as the industry is relationship based, points of differentiation are not always obvious.
After researching the industry and talking to key stakeholders, we understood that for Berwick’s clients it was imperative to get recruitment right the first time. The cost in time and money of getting it wrong is too high. This is where Berwick shine with their drive to place candidates who not only fit in, but truly make a difference.
Look and Feel
With the messaging giving a visual hook for the image world, the finished website has a clean & contemporary design that embraces a elegant colour theme and reinforces their brand.
With offices in the UK, Netherlands, USA, Singapore, we built the website to be multi-territory. Each country has its own website administration team, and can use their own content or pull in content from the global site. This empowers the local teams to talk about country specific issues that their particular clients are interested in.
