Greene King Acquisitions

The Brief

Liquid Light were asked to design, plan and build a new website for Greene King’s property acquisition team, whose primary purpose is to find new development properties for a number of their key pub and restaurant brands. The website’s core purpose is to drive acquisition opportunities to the surveying team who can then assess which properties may be worth pursuing. 

The Challenge

Whilst the proposition and messaging for the site were quite straightforward, the real challenges were in trying to introduce and represent three separate (and quite differently positioned) pub brands within Greene King’s corporate umbrella. We also needed to explain and introduce what we were trying to achieve in a concise, to the point manner whilst also targeting 3 relatively different audience groups (property agents, developers and town planners)

The Result

Using Drupal; Greene King’s preferred content management system, Liquid Light has designed and built a super clean, highly targeted website that manages to provide just the right amount of content and information to help introduce the key proposition as well as the brand’s individual requirements in easy-to-digest pages with clear calls to action.
