Land Securities - Management Presentation

Liquid Light was asked to create a presentation for a high-level management conference, which would help Land Securities decide how to spend their annual development budget earmarked for 2006.

The finished presentation had to really stand out and engage it's audience..

There was a very tight deadline for delivery of the presentation. Liquid Light rapidly visualised a number of different ideas so that the client could quickly approve a final concept.

A typographic animation was produced from transcripts of members of the public debating the merits of shopping centres and retail parks. The animation was synchronised with the original interviews for the final effect.

The result is a stunning, four-minute animation, which was projected on a 45 ft screen. The presentation was so successful that it became a focal point for the discussion and also resulted in requests for high-resolution versions to be used as posters.
